We treat our customers as we would like to be treated. We ask that in an event you need to change or cancel an appointment, you treat us as you would want to be treated and give us a minimum of 24 hours notice. A 50% fee will be applied otherwise.
To avoid disappointment, please be on time. If you are late, it will result in a shortened appointment or a rescheduled appointment so that the next guest may begin on time.
Your health is important to us and we maintain the highest hygienic and disinfection standards for all equipment and implements.
