Due to COVID-19 we have changed some of our salon and spa policies in order to protect both clients and our Total Image team.
We kindly ask that you read over the new policies to help ensure everyone’s safety during this time.
We appreciate you cooperation and understanding.
Things will look and feel a whole lot different around the salon and spa.
Please pay attention to our signs.
We will be asking pre-screening questions upon booking.
If you are sick, or have come into contact with someone who is sick we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
If you arrive to the salon with symptoms you will be asked to leave immediately.
Please only bring the necessities to your appointment such as phone and method of payment.
No food or beverages will be permitted. We are also unable to provide beverages as we usually do. We ask that you come alone unless you need to accompany a child for their appointment.
Caregivers of elderly are asked to wait outside until the service is finished.
Our washrooms are temporarily closed at this time except for emergencies. Our waiting area is closed at this time. We are unable to take walk in appointments. Please call from your car to book an appointment. Arriving at your appointment:
We ask that you arrive only 5 minutes before your appointment time, please no earlier.
Keep in mind main street is under construction and parking may take longer at this time.
When you arrive, come to the door and wait for us to open it for you.
Please social distance if there is another client waiting too.
Masks must be worn at all times.
We kindly ask that you bring your own mask at this time.
If you forget to bring a mask with you, we will provide you one for a small fee.
Keep in mind masks that tie behind the head will obstruct your stylist’s ability to perform your hair service.
You will need to sanitize your hands at the provided hand sanitizing stations.
Please stay seated for the duration of your appointment, unless otherwise instructed.
We will not be accepting cash at this time.
Please bear with us if we are running slightly behind. Please remember this is all new to us as well.
We are doing our best to adjust, and trying very hard to make this transition as smooth as possible.
But it is possible that we run a little behind with the required screening and cleaning protocol in between each client.
Please be patient with us as we have hundreds of clients to re schedule and this all takes time.
